All Return & Refund for a product(s) only will be done when broken and size unfit.

for broken product we will fully responsible for the shipping fee

for size unfit want to do exchange please make sure the product condition before doing exchange (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)

and for exchange we will having a surcharge RM8 

To start a return & exchange request, please refer to the following steps:

  2. Provide us the details relevant ( name , order number , reason of return or refund & photo of product condition )
  3. Once you receive feedback and approval from us , bank in the shipping for exchange pack the product(s) back into its original packaging along .
  4. Send your return parcel to the following address with a delivery method that allows tracking.

Return parcel must reach beanc23 store within 14 working days (for Malaysia order) or 20 working days (for International order), upon the confirmation and update from our Return Department.

Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If returned product(s) does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, beanc23 reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. 


ALL RETURN AND REFUND WILL BE PERFORMED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.


If return request is granted, we will proceed with refunds to your beanc23 account as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the date on which we received the returned product(s). 

Refund is available in the form of store credit only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit. Please note that all voucher, discount and promotional codes issued are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.

Refund will be performed based on amount paid for the previous order. Customer are required to top up the balance for their new purchase if there are price differences between the returned and new item.

Note that customer are not allow to enjoy the same promotion price for their new purchase with the store credit.
